BTS: “Ways To Hit The ‘Reset’ Button During The Week”.

24 HOURS never feels like enough, huh? It’s almost like everyone is feeling overwhelmed by the obligatory areas of life… possibly because they are. LIFE IS HARD AND DRAINING… and I for one am always anticipating the weekend. However, 2 days is just not enough, with my schedule I’ve realized that I need to implement some time during the week that is designated to ‘self’!

This piece is one that I absolutely have to keep in the forefront of my mind. It seems like each week I’m drained, fed up, tired and TIED because there is a difference. However, I’m learning to step aside and allow myself to free my mind, knowing in due time the rest will what? Follow!
