BTS: “How to Cope in 3 Steps.”

“How often do we allow our levels of stress to dictate our spirits?”

A valid question, right? I know my stress levels fluctuate weekly, if not daily. However, the goal is to never let such finagle it’s way into my spirit and take root.

Truth is: Stress, hard times, and lows are all promises of life. It’s guaranteed, always has been and always will be.

However, it’s our responsibility to build ourselves up when feeling low. It’s our obligation to ourselves to embody the strength to endure a stressful period with gratitude and acceptance. “How to cope…” does just what the title suggests, it gives 3 easy steps to thrive and not just carry on through stressors.

  1. This ariticle sat different than it did the first time I read it. I tried to think about as to why but can’t quite figure it out. As for now, I know for me, the 3 steps you mentioned have been vital for me to give out the best or at least a better version of me in this season a academically, professionally, and socially. I’m learning to listen to myself more, when it comes to making decision to not run my life like a robot. GREAT THROWBACK!
